if husbands pre marital accounts have been listed on our tax returns for the past 15 yrs and we have been paying taxes on this earned income am I entitled to any of this pre marital money because of this.

Technically you are not entitled to any pre-marital assets. However, it can be taken into account when addressing spousal support as it most likely contributed to your standard of living etc. I am a Certified Financial Divorce Planner.
