Having been through a divorce and entangled in court for five years, it is amazing to me that someone can file a petition saying anything they want and haul you into court to defend yourself. I am sick of being accused of frivalous accusations and paying thousands just to maintain the few rights I have as a non custodial. Meanwhile the ex is probably spending my support payments to sue me.WTF! Marriage is a sham legally speaking. And no legislator has the balls to make it right! Im sick of hearing the single mom crybaby story too. Single dads got it just as rough. Hell everyone suffers. I want to see frivalous lawsuits prosecuted and support spending itemized. I want to see the parent that uses (withholds) children during proceedings prosecuted also. Its a freakin sick world when people use their kids against the other parent. They need to do time. Its mental abuse.

Now a days divorce cases are increasing.The main reason for divorce is mutual understanding between couples.The couples getting problems due to misunderstanding between them.

Hi SMTD...I'm sorry to hear that your ex is making things so difficult for you...I hope that when time passes that you will not think that marriage is a sham...I currently in a situation where I am unhappy with my husband and we are both contemplating separation but I know that my problems with him are just that...with him. I still feel that I deserve happiness as do my children...I also agree that there are many women out there who do not use their support payments for what they are intended for but that is only "some" of them. I wish the best for you and you can always drop me a line if you need to talk or vent.
